All payments made to E-Lam Limited for our services are final and strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment for a service period (either the 1-Week Trial or the Monthly Plan subscription) is processed, it cannot be refunded, whether partially or fully.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds or credits for any unused portion of the service term or if you decide to cancel your subscription early.
