Payment & Cancellations

All payments made to E-Lam Limited for our services are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment for a service period (either the 1-Week Trial or the Monthly Plan subscription) is processed, it generally cannot be refunded, whether partially or fully.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds or credits for any unused portion of the service term or if you decide to cancel your subscription early.
Exceptions may be considered by the Company at its sole discretion in special circumstances.
