These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Student", "you") and E-Lam Limited ("the Company", "we", "us"). By paying for and using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide a "Daily Mission + Coach Feedback" online English coaching service ("Service"). This Service operates on a weekly cycle:
All learning missions assigned during the week are valid for submission until Thursday 23:59 (Hong Kong Time) of the current week. Submissions received after this deadline will generally not be graded. However, the Company reserves the right to accept or process late submissions at its sole discretion.
Our service commitment ("SLA") is that your submitted task will receive personalized feedback from your tutor within 24 hours on Business Days (calculated from your actual submission time).
Submissions received on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the following Business Day. This SLA is subject to exceptions for force majeure events (e.g., internet outages, severe weather) or with prior notice of tutor leave.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) and is pre-paid at the start of each billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew until it is cancelled in accordance with Section 2.3.
All fees paid are non-refundable. Once a payment for a billing cycle is made, it is final. We do not provide any pro-rata refunds or credits for partially used periods or early cancellations. Exceptions may be considered by the Company at its sole discretion in special circumstances.
You must notify us of your intent to cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date (renewal date) by emailing us at contact.elamltd@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Cancellation requests are subject to our confirmation.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
You agree to interact with our tutors in a respectful and professional manner. You agree not to engage in any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, or inappropriate language. You also agree not to send excessive messages or make unreasonable demands outside of the stated service hours ("spamming the tutor").
If you violate this Code of Conduct, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your service without refund.
We own all intellectual property rights to the curriculum, daily missions, teaching content, tutor corrections, and feedback provided in the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your own personal learning. You agree not to share, resell, or distribute our materials in any form without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

These Terms are prepared in both English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
