These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Student", "you") and E-Lam Limited ("the Company", "we", "us"). By paying for and using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide a "Daily Mission + Coach Feedback" online English coaching service ("Service"). This Service is designed as a progressive journey:

This Service does not include: Instant or on-demand replies. Our service commitment ("SLA") is that your submitted task will receive personalized feedback from your tutor within 24 hours of submission. This SLA applies 7 days a week.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or a one-time fee for the trial) and is pre-paid at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew until cancelled in accordance with Section 2.3.
All fees paid are non-refundable. Once a payment for a billing cycle (whether trial or monthly) is made, it is final. We do not provide any pro-rata refunds or credits for partially used periods or early cancellations.
For monthly subscriptions, you must notify us of your intent to cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date (renewal date) by emailing us at contact.elamltd@gmail.com.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period.
You agree to interact with our tutors in a respectful and professional manner. You agree not to engage in any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, or inappropriate language. You also agree not to send excessive messages or make unreasonable demands outside of the stated service SLA ("spamming the tutor").
If you violate this Code of Conduct, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your service. In such cases, all fees paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
We own all intellectual property rights to the curriculum, daily missions, teaching content, tutor corrections, and feedback provided in the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your own personal learning.
You are strictly prohibited from sharing our materials or service content in any form (including, but not limited to, screenshots, forwarding, recording, copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, or public display).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

These Terms are prepared in both English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

本服務條款（下稱「本條款」）構成你（下稱「學生」或「你」）與 E-Lam Limited（下稱「本公司」或「我們」）之間的法律協議。當你付款並使用我們的服務時，即表示你已閱讀、理解並同意受本條款約束。
我們提供「每日任務 + 導師批改」網上英語指導服務（下稱「本服務」）。本服務設計為一個漸進式學習旅程：

本服務不包含：即時或按需 (On-demand) 回覆。我們的服務承諾 ("SLA") 是，你的導師將在你提交任務後的 24 小時內提供個人化批改。此服務承諾適用於每週七天。
本服務按訂閱制（月費或試用的一次性費用）收取，並在每個帳單週期開始時預先支付。月費訂閱將自動續訂，直到你根據第 2.3 條取消為止。
所有已支付的費用均不設退款。一旦你支付了某個帳單週期的費用（無論是試用還是月費），該費用均為最終費用，不可退還。我們不會為未使用的服務時間或中途取消提供任何按比例的退款或抵免。
對於月費訂閱，你必須在你的下一個帳單日期（續訂日期）至少 48 小時前，通過電郵 contact.elamltd@gmail.com 通知我們取消服務。
取消將在當前已付款帳單週期結束時生效。你仍可繼續享用服務直至該週期結束。
你同意以尊重和專業的態度與我們的導師溝通。你同意不作出任何形式的騷擾、辱罵、歧視、威脅或不當言論。你亦同意不在服務時間（即 24 小時批改承諾）之外，向導師傳送過多訊息或提出不合理的要求（「轟炸老師」）。
如你違反上述行為準則，本公司保留唯一酌情權，可立即暫停或永久終止向你提供服務。在此情況下，所有已付費用將不獲退還。
本公司擁有本服務中提供的所有教材、每日任務、教學內容、導師批改和反饋的全部知識產權。我們授予你一個有限的、非獨家的、不可轉讓的許可，僅為你個人學習目的使用這些材料。
你嚴格禁止以任何形式（包括但不限於截圖、轉發、錄製、複製、轉載、分發、轉售或公開展示）分享我們的教材或服務內容。
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其解釋。
